The Majestic Diamond I?, represents the flagship of micro -monitors regardless of design type. TBI Audio Systems has developed a first of its type in sculpting the frequency response of the micro sized 3-inch driver entirely by internal acoustic means. The resulting product represents the High Definition Sound Standard? (HDSS?) for a micro-loudspeaker. The single driver is in theory, the optimal source for reproducing sound but it is generally used with very inexpensive speaker systems and a few high-end designs. Some current audiophile designs are now based on single drivers but the sound, although coherent, has many compromises associated with their use. With modern quality speaker designs a minimum of one additional driver and electrical crossover network are required to produce the full range of sound

Best speakers I’ve ever owned!
I heard about these speakers at TAG’s (Technology Association of Georgia) Top 40 Most Innovative Companies Competition when they claimed to have speakers produced no feedback or distortion. I saw how they put a hot microphone in-front of the speaker and there was no feedback! I listened to them and believe me, these are the clearest speakers ever produced. The subs are amazing, but I could not afford them, so I picked up a pair of these 3.5 in speakers which produce enough base for watching tv as they even have a port! The range is excellent, although I’m thinking about upgrading to another TBI setup with some highs (while saving up for the sub!).
You’ll need banana clips to set these up – and once you do put in old cd’s and vinyl and listen to all your albums again to hear things you’ve never heard on them before…its like pulling a veil off your collection and listening to them for the very first time. I get chill bumps like I’m actually listening to them live…
While these speakers may seem expensive, these are actually very inexpensive top of the line speakers priced just out of the bottom end and too low for the top end snobs to look at them!!
