These were destined for south of the boarder buyers…and-Bigger than you think
I will start my review with the idea that these might have not been for USA market. and high end Sony means $149.00
I thought the size would be smaller. but i did not get out tape measure. My fault.
But for $25 on a ‘buy out’ deal maybe i thought OK – its gonna be ok… they do have very thin- narrow gauge wires and a special Sony connector on the end which has to be cut off to tie in to your speaker wires or stuck into your stereo unit terminals, OR buy an adapter to plug them into whatever unit you have…
the shipping ($18.+) was almost as much as the speakers…..
They are much larger than “Book shelf” speakers they are really the modern BOOM BOX Speakers for your dorm room or living room type thing.

But i will say that facing $50- for smaller higher quality Sony’s or other similar; for small office – would have been a better choice for me. they are big and combersome… ( I had looked the $50. Sony SS-B1000 5 1/8-Inch Bookshelf Speakers) now Unavailable since i ordered these… )
